Shifts covered quickly

We pride ourselves on offering temporary recruitment fast. We aim to assign a worker within 15-30 minutes of your request, and we recruit from our database of 550 talented staff.

Our coverage rate for emergency shift cover in the financial quarter of January to March 2025 was 99.72% of all requests made. Despite this fast turnaround time, we will not falter on quality and match you with the best possible individuals.

Out-of-hours support

At Unity Plus we understand that your needs don’t follow a 9-5 schedule. This is why we provide a comprehensive out-of-hours service to support our clients and dedicated staff members.

This service is managed by experienced personnel who are familiar with our client’s needs and our operational protocols.
